Had a great stay, would recommend! Airbnb was nice and clean, location was great and the team was responsive. The fridge did have issues but they let me use the one from an empty unit until it got repaired which was really nice!

Great place for our two week-stay in Dallas! Had everything we needed, very close to several grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. and the space was lovely. Nicely decorated, had everything we needed, and felt very safe. Would stay here again!

Accommodations are comfortable, lots of natural light. There were a couple maintenance items at the beginning. 

Braden’s team were very responsive in addressing them. Building is quiet and only a block or so away from a good walking trail. 

Be sure to ask Andrew for restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed them and exploring the nearby neighborhoods.

Branden's place was just as pictured.. a small place perfect for my husband and me. Th apartment is well located, near lots of places. We had everything we needed for the couple of weeks we stayed. Jenn and Andrew answered rapidly any issues we had. Would recommend the place.

The building itself is very peaceful and quiet. I loved walking in and seeing all the fountains and courtyard. The unit was very spacious I would say the only tight spot is the kitchen, if you are trying to cook during your stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a hotel. The shower pressure was great too! Overall we were really happy with our stay.

The condo was full of charm and rich in history. It offered a warm, homey atmosphere and plenty of modern conveniences. Situated in a beautiful historic neighborhood, it provided easy access to Downtown Dallas and nearby amenities, making it a perfect blend of comfort and location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and convenient stay in the city!

A beautiful and restful retreat from home. Place is extremely clean and the quality is exactly as pictured. I came to Dallas to visit my partner on a business trip during the holidays, and I wasn't feeling well so ended up spending a lot of time indoors.

Sofa and bed were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans which allowed us to cook multiple meals. This airbnb had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home.

Walls are thick and there was no noise from neighbors. Windows could use more sound and heat insulation as we could hear loud cars drive by at times. Thermostat quickly cooled and heated the rooms.

We actually moved here from another airbnb down the street after a terrible experience where we could hear every single thing our neighbor did. This was the peaceful respite we needed. 

Host was very responsive. I definitely recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Dallas, and would book Braden/Andrew's properties next time I visit!

Conveniently located, tons of things to do, and just what you'd want in accommodations. Trendy, hip and comfortable. Exactly as advertised and made our Dallas experience better. Felt like we were at a resort. Well done. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the beautiful courtyard and the convenience to downtown. The space was generally comfortable, quiet and safe. My daughter loved the ping pong table. 

Downsides is that it felt more like a hotel experience rather than a second home. It was minimally stocked — no spices, no cooking oil, flimsy toilet paper, no laundry soap, etc. (Items you might find in a home frequently used by the owners.) Only two towels were provided for three of us and despite reaching out and promised a drop off  we were not given more towels. (Maybe hosts were busy with the Holiday)   Also, the apartments are older and starting to show their wear.

As mentioned by previous guests, the upstairs is an open loft with a door to a bedroom and a door to a bathroom. And the A/C did not cool and the upstairs can get quite warm even though day time temps only reached into the 60s. It was also disappointing that the pool was filthy and not heated but totally understandable since it’s winter.

place was great for my 2 month stay as a student rotating through the childrens hospital of dallas! there is private, gated parking which is nice. the only potential issue is that the assigned parking spot is right next to the gate. this became a problem if anything bigger than a normal sedan parked next to me, and it would be impossible to park your car in the spot if you have anything larger than a sedan as well (because of the turn radius). very small complaint but just want to make it aware!

Easy check-in process, convenient location near downtown Dallas for exploring, and a great area for walking the dog. The neighbors in the other unit were quiet, making for a peaceful stay. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic stay at Andrew’s place! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. It felt like a home away from home.

The location is perfect, with great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Andrew was an excellent host – very responsive and was always checking in to see if we needed anything.

One of the highlights of our stay was the comfortable king bed – we slept like babies! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we really appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and toiletries.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying at Andrew’s place if you're in the area. We would definitely stay again!

I'm giving a 5-star review because the hosts were very responsive. But there were issues, mostly outside of the host's control. Mainly, the internet was super unreliable. I work from home and had multiple dropped calls and issues connecting on my phone and laptop. The host was quick to stop by and address and even called the provider out to troubleshoot. But be wary if you book and plan on working from the Airbnb. The place was decorated very nice and the bed was super comfortable. The building and area are very cute and there's lots to do within a short drive. I definitely recommend if you want to be close to downtown Dallas.

It’s rare you find a place that actually matches the description and pics, so I’ll go above and beyond in saying this place is an AirBnB unicorn!  Not only did it match, it was over and beyond!

I initially chose this location because I was visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday and wanted a good kitchen to take a dish that a family gathering. It turned out that I never ate out because cooking here was that much of a joy!

The location was just like staying at home, the location was central to everything in Dallas, and the immediate home location was beautiful with outdoor amenities.  Hands down, one of the best AirBnb’s I’ve experienced!

We had a great long term stay at Braden’s place and it was just what we needed and just as he described. 

From the location that is a quick drive or nice walk to many places to the actual amenities offered, this little spot did a great big job of meeting our needs for the 4 months we were here. 

While nothing out of the ordinary occurred (even though one would expect things to pop up on long term stays), Braden and team were a joy to work with. 

We will definitely be using this spot again if we need a long term place to call home in Dallas.
